In your business, you’ll need to manage relationships with suppliers, customers, business support etc. but you’ll also need to invest in building and managing new relationships and ultimately end some.
So how do you do that effectively so you can still do what needs to be done to keep your business doing what it does?
It’s a balancing act but Clare will help you start to build a relationship management plan that works for you and the needs of your business as well as provide some helpful networking tips during this workshop.
Get ready for this session by thinking about who do you need to engage with to enable your business to grow and who would you like to engage with in the future, think about what communication tools you’re happy to use and which do you feel less comfortable with.
