With a career of 30+ years in a range of business sectors, Ann has led change with and through people and coached leaders throughout transition and organisational restructures. She now works as an Associate and independently as a Coach-Practitioner, Change Specialist, and Founder of ‘Finding True North’ and supports individuals, business owners, and professionals.
