The Business & IP Centre at Exeter and Barnstaple Libraries host a range of events and workshops to suit start-ups, entrepreneurs or businesses looking to learn new skills or research their industry.
Webinars run weekly on a variety of subjects and are a great way to get an overview of a new topic, or a refresher which can help you to look at your business plan in a new light. Whether you’re just starting out or an established business looking to grow, our webinars are useful, inspiring and informative.

PLEASE NOTE: This session is part of BIPC Devon’s Boost Your Start-Up course, sessions are open to Devon-Based Start-Ups.
Businesses will learn bite-sized information about steps they can take to reduce their carbon footprint. You’ll come away knowing key decarbonisation topics and tools that are relevant for your business and how to implement them.
This lively and engaging 90 minute workshop will speak to the you in a friendly, accessible, no ‘fluff’ way. We will allow 30 minutes at the end of the talk for Questions. Andrea will provide visuals/slides to make the content engaging and accessible for multiple-learner types and those with specific learning needs.
Meeting Room S1 (2nd floor of Work:Space, within the library) is accesible for wheelchairs and there are also disabled bathroom facilities.
There is paid for car parking within a 1 minute walk and the train station is approximately 10 minutes walk away.
