Nicola is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of experience across the public, private, and charitable sectors. Nicola has a deep understanding of diverse operational environments, from business administration and marketing to HR, leadership, and management.
With a passion for knowledge sharing, Nicola has mentored hundreds of apprentices, equipping them with the skills to succeed. This commitment to development deepened when Nicola became a parent to neurodivergent children, sparking a desire to support other neurodivergent individuals on their entrepreneurial journeys.
Nicola founded Chapter to provide expert guidance and support to neurodivergent entrepreneurs. With a client base spanning therapy, coaching, IT, marketing, finance, music, journalism, and public speaking, her and her team bring a wealth of industry knowledge to the table. As an Executive Functioning coach with expertise in business strategy and process efficiency, Nicola empowers entrepreneurs at every stage, from concept to growth.
