Closing Session and Building a Tribe

December 14, 2022 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Use the mission and values of your business to build a community around your business. Learn how to retain customers and build your tribe.

In our final workshop, we will explore the importance of retaining customers and building a tribe!

Us humans are social animals with a need to feel a sense of belonging. The saying ‘strength in numbers’ also applies to your business. Building your community is essential for success, but maintaining it is even more important and a difficult task. You need to lead, build and nuture it carefully.

Most successful brands nowadays consider their audience as part of that tribe. Their followers share the same values and support their mission.

But how do you build that tribe? Come along to our final session to find out!

What is Business to Boardroom?

About the Host

James White is the founder of The Small Business Academy, and helped over 120 businesses in the last 12 months alone. He works directly with a range of clients over several industries, helping them to build their sales structures, skills, and knowledge to grow and scale their companies.

Coming from a successful career as a Sales and Marketing Director for international computer networking firms, James delivered results and grew relationships which gave him a six-figure salary and multi-million-pound budget responsibility before the age of 30.

After a major life event and disillusionment of corporate life, James decided to embark on his own journey as a small business owner in 2005. He grew a subscription-based software business without any major capital investment. After building this business to an impressive scale of just under one million pounds of recurring revenue, he decided to focus on his passion of training and mentoring.

Please send any questions you have prior to the session to bipc@librariesunlimited.org.uk.
