Bridging the Gap Between Business Growth and Holistic Health for True Success & Freedom

MESSAGE FROM LAUREN

I’m Lauren Lepley, a seasoned business strategist and certified positive psychology & 360 health coach. Over the years, I’ve noticed a gap that often exists between personal well-being and business success. It’s as if we’re constantly forced to choose one over the other. I fundamentally disagree with this dichotomy, and that’s why I’ve dedicated my life to empowering individuals to excel in business without compromising their personal well-being.

In my journey as a business strategist, I’ve been honoured to help numerous clients navigate complex commercial landscapes. I aid them in crafting compelling business strategies, guiding their enterprises to new heights. We dive deep into the intricacies of their business, identifying opportunities for growth, streamlining operations, and boosting profitability.

But my approach is far from traditional. I don’t believe in “business as usual”. I think the conventional model of business success, with its relentless pace and incessant demand, overlooks an essential factor: the human at its core. So, I strive to implement a model that truly reflects the fact that businesses are run by people, not robots.

This is where my expertise as a positive psychology & 360 health coach comes in. Positive psychology is a science of human flourishing, focusing not merely on survival but thriving in every aspect of life. And I apply these principles directly to the business realm, designing strategies that allow my clients to perform optimally and maintain their health and happiness.

The ethos of my work, which I like to refer to as “hyper-performance,” is rooted in the belief that wealth and health are not mutually exclusive. I firmly believe that one can chase the freedom of wealth while still prioritising their mental and physical health. To me, success is not just about making profits but doing it with pizazz, energy, flow, and absolute happiness.

When I work with clients, we don’t just draft mundane roadmaps. We develop exciting, innovative plans that spark joy and stimulate mental acuity. I offer more than just business consultation; I offer transformational coaching that sets you on a path of sustainable growth and personal well-being. We make simplicity our ally because, when we’re in flow, simplicity becomes second nature.

To me, life and business are not separate arenas but a holistic sphere of existence where one impacts the other. I am committed to helping my clients thrive in business and life by strategically intertwining their personal well-being with their business objectives.

In this venture, I offer more than just professional assistance. I am your coach, your cheerleader, your strategist. Together, we’ll transcend traditional barriers and create a version of success that aligns with your business ambitions and personal health.

Welcome to the world of hyper-performance, where we embrace the thrill of achievement and the joy of well-being in one harmonious, exhilarating journey.
