Knowing Yourself and Your Values

May 11, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join Claire Collis to explore the importance of knowing your values to a successful business.

Knowing Yourself and Your Values

Indecision, idea-overwhelm, worry about how your pricing, offers, or terms of service might be perceived by others and fears around lack of knowledge are all things that most women in business have experienced at some point. In fact, if we are honest these are things that probably crop up most days, especially during the first few years after starting our businesses. Gradually, however, these things all become easier. This is because we gain a better understanding of ourselves and our values over time, which in turn gives us more confidence when making everyday decisions in our businesses. We can all speed up this process if we set aside some time, and ask ourselves the right questions, but many of us (as women) find finding that time (and prioritising ourselves) to be a little tricky.

In this session you will learn to work out what your personal values are, how to translate them into how you do business, as a step towards making you more confident in enforcing your chosen professional boundaries.
