Are you reaching full capacity and need to start outsourcing admin or marketing tasks to keep your business running?

Jemma has built up an award winning business and now works with business owners to successfully scale their businesses. As you grow you may find you struggle to juggle the growing amounts of admin required to keep your business running day-to-day, or you might have a particular task that you just never enjoy and you’d love your business more without having to do it!

Are you reaching full capacity and need to start outsourcing some of your admin and social media tasks?

Perhaps you’ve been thinking about this for a while but you aren’t 100% sure it’s the right time. Well, chances are, if you are thinking about it, it’s because it IS the right time.⠀⠀⠀⠀

You might have expected this to be an exciting next step in your venture, but instead, you’re terrified. You’re thinking:

• Where do I start?

• What tasks do I outsource first?

• Will they ever be able to do it as well as me?!

When you’ve built your business from the ground up, it feels like your baby, so these feelings are completely normal. However, with good people to outsource to, it will be the best decision you ever made

Join Jemma to find out what solution might work for you, and how to go about it.
