Whether you’re selling products, offering a service or growing an established business, Siobhán Lavelle, a marketing consultant and mentor with over 30 years’ experience, will guide you through the basics of planning and implementing an effective PR and Marketing programme that will help you meet your business goals.
Creating a plan for your PR and marketing will ensure you’re putting your effort into activities that make a difference. You’ll discover how to identify your target audiences and how to talk to them about what your business offers. We’ll explore how to prioritise the activities and outputs available to find the right mix for your business. About Siobhan
Siobhán is a PR and marketing communications consultant. With nearly 30 years of experience, she works with clients to develop marketing communications programmes that support business goals and drive growth and sales, build brands and strengthen reputation. Siobhán brings an action-focused approach that helps businesses identify and communicate effectively with the people that matter.
Siobhán has extensive experience in helping clients manage issues. A safe pair of hands when businesses are facing difficulties, Siobhán helps to minimise any impact on business reputation and guide clients through challenges, from negative media or social media attention to redundancies, relocations or other major changes or problems.
Before setting up her own consultancy, Siobhán worked both as a consultant and in-house across a range of organisations, including global consultancy, not-for-profit, public sector, multi-nationals and SMEs. She’s a member of the CIPR, an accredited member of ibd Business Advice Group and a member of the Association of Business Mentors. She works as a mentor for The Princes Trust and for The University of Plymouth, where she also provides guest lectures on a range of marketing communications and business topics.
