Whether you want to paint, sing, write or just wish you had more creativity in your life, it can be hard to silence your inner critic and release your artistic side.
In this nurturing two-hour workshop, we will work together to shrink the critic within and give voice to your true creative self.
With practical tips, tools and strategies to make creativity part of your everyday life, this workshop is the perfect way to better understand your relationship with your inner artist.
All abilities are welcome.
Please bring with you something to write with. There will be writing exercises, but no requirement to share anything.
This two-hour session will include a short refreshment break.
