The Business & IP Centre at Exeter and Barnstaple Libraries host a range of events and workshops to suit start-ups, entrepreneurs or businesses looking to learn new skills or research their industry.
Webinars run weekly on a variety of subjects and are a great way to get an overview of a new topic, or a refresher which can help you to look at your business plan in a new light. Whether you’re just starting out or an established business looking to grow, our webinars are useful, inspiring and informative.
One-to-ones are useful for enquiring about how you can access business information and support, to discuss a problem or question you have in a specific area of your business, or to find out more about Intellectual Property. Find out more information on our 1-to-1s page.

Women in Business will run from 8th March to the end of May. Each week will contain webinars and/or workshops to compliment and build upon your existing skillset and encourage you to reflect on your goals and values. We believe that personal development is just as important as professional development, so we will also have resources on self care, confidence coaching and wellbeing.

About Clare
Clare Palmer is an award-winning coach and founder of Clarity Coaching by Clare Palmer.
Clare had a highly successful and accredited career working as a senior compliance manager for a multinational communications provider. Being recognised for her unique ability to inspire and connect with people Clare won a global coaching award following which she designed and implemented a new coaching culture and leadership standards. As a mother, leader, and business owner Clare understands the pressure we can place on ourselves and the negative self-belief we can have, she knew she could help people and especially women create a better balance and harness their positive self-belief to truly make an impact on their whole lives.
