The Business & IP Centre at Exeter and Barnstaple Libraries host a range of events and workshops to suit start-ups, entrepreneurs or businesses looking to learn new skills or research their industry.
Webinars run weekly on a variety of subjects and are a great way to get an overview of a new topic, or a refresher which can help you to look at your business plan in a new light. Whether you’re just starting out or an established business looking to grow, our webinars are useful, inspiring and informative.

How to maximize yourself and your business as a neurodiverse woman in business: from the perspective of women with ADHD and co-occurring conditions
Content of the workshop:
Learn about some of the challenges, strengths and benefits of having a neurodivergent condition and being in business, with examples from Anna’s experience coaching clients with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions. Many neurodivergent women are leaving their day jobs” to set up their own businesses and Anna has supported some of them through the process. Get ideas and practical tips for maximising your best asset, yourself, and running a successful business.

• Practical tips and things to be aware of if you’re a woman with ADHD in business.
• Neurotypical and neurodivergent-friendly approaches and resources for women in business.
• Introduction to some of the neuroscience behind some of the advantages that entrepreneurs with neurodivergence possess.
• Strengths as well as challenges of entrepreneurs with ADHD & other conditions.
• Tools for success.

Anna Schlapp B.A., AACC, ACC is a creativity and ADHD coach. Anna coaches both entrepreneurs and employees with ADHD and associated neurodiverse conditions. She is passionate about helping her multi-talented clients to overcome barriers, flourish and grow to realize their dreams. She has been running her successful coaching business, Remarkable Difference ADHD Coaching for 8 years, and coaches people all over the UK and across the globe.
