Having spent the last 30 years building and growing organisations across Europe, I have effectively spent my entire working life constantly challenging the best way to penetrate and grow revenues and build strong and sustainable organisations to support that growth. I have experience in both direct & indirect sales models, have worked extensively with sales partners and distributors as independent organisations and as joint-venture organisations.

Along this journey I have been involved in both the sale of companies and acquisition and subsequent assimilation of companies, so also have an in depth understanding of what constitutes value and the issues involved on both sides of the merger & acquisition process. For several years now I have been working with owners of local businesses across the South West from my home in Cornwall leveraging this experience to help them build actionable plans and organise themselves for sustainable growth.
