Peter has helped a wide range of companies, charities and public sector organisations to achieve successful and sustainable change, enhancing growth, innovation, and workforce engagement and retention.
Peter focuses on helping organisations to realise and develop the full potential of their employees, creating a culture of innovation, high performance and emotionally intelligent leadership. His approach is practical but strongly grounded in hard evidence, and draws on extensive experiences from innovative companies from across the UK and the rest of Europe.
Much of Peter’s career has focused on building bridges between academic knowledge and practice. He is a Founding Director of Workplace Innovation Europe CLG, and was previously Professor of Workplace Innovation and Director of the Work Institute at Nottingham Trent University
