BIPC Devon is excited to announce our new 6-week ‘Advanced Business Boost’ course, on behalf of Teignbridge District Council utilising funding from the UK Government, launching on November 4th at Newton Abbot Library.
Our free course aims to help businesses who are already established and already know the nuts and bolts of running a business, but need more advanced advice to continue growing and thriving. The award-winning founder of the Boost Your Business Network, James Court, will be hosting our key workshops along with special guest speakers from esteemed Devon businesses.
James says:
“I’ve worked with many growing organisations, from exciting start-ups to corporate companies. I’m passionate about helping business owners reach their full potential and know that every business will need a boost at some point to help them grow. I’m really excited to share some of the experience I’ve gained over the last 24 years in this new course, and look forward to meeting some amazing businesses!”
This will be delivered through in-person workshops, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities as well as 1-1 support. The material will be recorded so participants can review it at their own pace.
Libraries Unlimited’s Business Support Manager, Richard Love says:
“The feedback we received from Women in Business and Boost Your Start-Up demonstrated that our audience found the way we delivered our training was effective in teaching basic business skills, but there was a hunger for us to cover more advanced subjects in the same format.
“We are excited to continue working with James Court (host of Boost your Start-Up) to meet those demands, and James’s 20 plus years of contributing to millions of pound of business growth within Devon, meant that he was the perfect choice to once again host another Libraries Unlimited business support course.”
This six-week course will cover:
- Mapping Out A Strategic Vision
- Scaling Up Your Operations
- Branding And Marketing For Growth
- Dream Team Dynamics
- Funding For Growth
