We’ve recently come to the end of our Boost Your Start-Up course! These past seven weeks have been fantastic. Over 80 unique entrepreneurs start-ups of all shapes and sizes engaged with our 21 workshops and made a lot of valuable connections. They benefitted a lot from our speakers, especially James Court as his workshops were massively successful, but also other entrepreneurs who looked for advice in the various stages of starting up their businesses. We have a busy September ahead of us with the start of our Boost Your Start-Up course, exciting networking events, and more opportunities to access valuable business support and guidance. Read on and find out how you can get involved this month!

BIPC Devon is excited to announce our new 7-week ‘Boost Your Start-Up’ course, on behalf of Teignbridge District Council utilising funding from the UK Government, launching on September 16th at Newton Abbot Library.  Our free course aims to help Devon-based entrepreneurs in any stage of their start-up company, whether they have an idea for a business model that they want to pitch or have already launched and need extra guidance.   This will be delivered through weekly webinars, in-person workshops, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities as well as 1-1 support. The material will be recorded so participants can review it at their own pace.   Libraries Unlimited’s Business Support Manager, Richard Love said: “Many people are filled with great ideas, but the reality is that ideas without good execution are simply ideas. We have secured a fantastic host for our Boost Your Start-Up programme, who is a key part of the start-up support in Devon, working with 100s of SME’s, ensuring they have the tools they need to create the business of their dreams.
