Alison is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) with over 20 years’ experience in the HR profession. After 7 years working in the Public Sector in HR Change Alison embraced the opportunity to impart her knowledge onto a larger number of local organisations. She set up her own HR Consultancy in 2015 with the aim to help local organisations to realise the potential of their business by delivering valuable people solutions.
Now employing a small team of in-house HR Consultants, with a diverse client base providing on-going outsourced HR support and be-spoke complex HR provision on a commissioned basis. Alison is passionate about ensuring that organisations are both adaptable and sustainable in today’s changing world of business.
