Pivoting Your Business Model:
When so much time and effort (not to mention money) is invested in establishing business models and processes, it can be a very uncomfortable when forced to change. In those situations, our natural reaction is to resist however this can often lead to further difficult situations. Embracing a culture of regular research, feedback and learning is crucial to developing a diverse, flexible business model that allows you to adapt and deliver at the same pace as a changing market.

About James
James Court is the Local Enterprise Manager for the South West NatWest Enterprise team. He supports entrepreneurs and businesses that want to grow, scale and develop. He’s also a board member for Exeter Chamber of Commerce. With over 22 years of experience working with SMEs of all shapes and sizes, James is a trusted mentor and champion for local entrepreneurship. His #NatWestBoost networking events won him the Exeter Living Award for business services in 2020 for supporting the local business community, they continue to be a go to event for inspirational speakers and a place to build strong local networks .
