The Webinar
Following on from my building confidence with self-compassion talk, I do hope you’re using the tools offered as a daily programme which enables you to bring more balance, more energy, more time to give space to fulfilling your potential and growth.
Change is constant and inevitable. Time waits for no man, the clock is ticking. How do you want to spend your heartbeats today, now, in the present?
In order to change, we first of all, need to look at how we feel about change. Do we fear it: Face Everything And Run or do we Face Everything and rise?
Our ego is here to protect us, keep us safe…but sometimes we let it override our drive to grow into our full potential. We allow it, in the form of the inner critic, question and put us down when we meet our ‘perceived’ failures, inadequacies, feeding our insecurities. We stagnate, procrastinate, exist and not live.
In this talk, I’ll help you discover tools to build a growth mindset. The ingredients for resilience is to expect risk and step out of your comfort zone. See failure as a setback, an experience to push through or find a different way. Set realistic expectations of yourself which means patience, flexibility, adaptability and curiosity. Also learning to problem solve, to not take things personally and once again know your boundaries! We are all works in progress and giving ourselves time to accept and honour our humanness is all part of life’s rich tapestry.
