The Webinar

If we don’t start to love and treat ourselves in a kinder way, then how can we ever expect to develop a deeper, more respectful connection with others? A busy life serving other people’s wants and needs, can so often leave us depleted of energy. It’s not easy juggling the countless demands of running a business, home and family whilst we’re running on an empty tank. So, what needs to radically change to avoid collapsing from exhaustion? What are you tolerating, and what is keeping you up at night?

Self-care and self-compassion starts with the practice of being gentler to yourself. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so what needs to shift to guarantee you can thrive and not just survive? It begins with learning to accept you can’t be all things to everyone all the time. It’s understanding that ‘good selfish’ starts with recognising that you also have needs.

In this hour session, I will be sharing self-compassion practices to support both you, your work and family life that leads to a greater sense of self confidence, self value and empowerment. I’ll demonstrate practical ways of how you can break old maladaptive patterns of behaviour that may have been holding you back or tripping you up. Throughout the online live, I will share many of the hidden benefits that inevitably come from developing a daily practice of self-compassion. When we fill our own cup first, only then are we able to give unconditionally to others we love or care about.
